Haverty Home Services LLC provides handyman, home repair, maintenance, and property services, including but not limited to:

  • General home repairs and maintenance

  • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs

  • Drywall, trim, doors, and hardware

  • Painting and surface repairs

  • Bathroom and kitchen updates

  • TV mounting and fixture installation

  • Rental turnover and punch-list services

We do not perform work requiring a licensed contractor unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Estimates, Assessments, and Pricing

  • Any estimates provided are based on visual inspections and information available at the time.

  • Additional issues discovered during service may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.

  • Assessments, service calls, and trip fees cover time, travel, and professional evaluation and are non-refundable once performed.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payment, or other approved methods.

  • Unpaid balances may result in service suspension or collection efforts where permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area

  • Secure pets, valuables, and personal property

  • Disclose known issues that may affect the work

  • Ensure utilities (water, power) are available as required

Haverty Home Services LLC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

6. Property Damage & Limitations

We take care to protect your property; however:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or failures due to age, wear, or improper prior installation.

  • Minor cosmetic variations may occur during repairs, especially with paint, texture, or materials.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Labor is provided on a best-effort basis consistent with industry standards.

  • Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties only.

  • We do not guarantee outcomes caused by structural issues, code violations, or hidden conditions beyond our control.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Haverty Home Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

9. Website Use
