Refund Policy

Haverty Home Services LLC (“Haverty Home Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values transparency and fairness in all customer transactions. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

This policy applies to services booked through or provided in connection with:

1. Service-Based Work (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of handyman and home services:

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • Labor, time, travel, assessments, and professional services rendered are non-refundable once performed.

This includes service calls, assessments, diagnostic time, and on-site labor.

2. Assessments, Trip Fees, and Service Calls

  • Assessment fees, trip fees, and service call charges are non-refundable once the appointment has occurred.

  • These fees cover scheduling, travel, and professional evaluation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund of any prepaid service fees, excluding non-refundable deposits.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, missed appointments, or denied access are not eligible for a refund.

4. Deposits

  • Any deposits collected for scheduled work, materials, or reserved time are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Deposits may be applied toward rescheduled services at our discretion.

5. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work performed:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will review the concern and, if appropriate, may offer a corrective visit or adjustment.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Haverty Home Services LLC.

6. Materials and Special Orders

  • Materials purchased specifically for a project or custom-ordered items are non-refundable.

  • Any manufacturer warranties apply directly through the manufacturer.

7. Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services and collection actions where permitted by law.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
